We’re officially more than half way through 2019, and so far I’ve made goals for every single month. This year seems to have gone by at quite a speed, and so its nice to have these moments of pause before the month begins to jot down what I want to achieve. Saying that… onto goal 1…
Couch to 5k
(Which I keep unfortunately spelling Coach haha!)
After seeing Zoe Sugg’s Instagram stories about her Couch to 5k, I was inspired to give it a go myself. I am currently on week 1, and am vlogging every step of the way. I have never really warmed to the idea of running unless it involved some team sport growing up, and so Couch to 5k seemed like a great way to ease into it. So far so good! My goal is to make sure I stick with it and carry on running throughout July (and vlogging it of course haha!)
I think I am just going to stick with 2 goals this month. I usually have 3 or 4 goals written down, but I really want to make these 2 goals my main focus throughout July.

Get the keys!!
As I am writing this, I am heading out in a few hours to pick up the keys for the uni house I will be moving into for 2nd year. This is quite a big step for a home-bird like myself, and so a big goal for me in July is to begin to make the house and my room in it feel like a home. I plan on gradually moving into the house until I officially move when uni starts. Like the Couch to 5k, I want to vlog bits along the way!I think I am just going to stick with 2 goals this month.
