3 Mid-Year Goals

We are just about in the middle of 2020, and I thought it would be the perfect opportunity to sit down and write some mid-year goals. I like the idea of writing goals at this stage in the year, because it gives me space to reflect, think about where I am at and also look forward.

Content creation

I absolutely love creating content. I love documenting my days, sharing my insights and connecting with others whilst doing so. Writing and filming videos also encourages me to be creative and gives me little points during each week (alongside when I write in my journal) to sit back and reflect, which I love. So, my goal at this point in the year is to essentially keep creating content and enjoying the process. I want to continue writing posts and filming videos that I love making and that allow me to be creative and be myself.

Journaling

Speaking of journaling, so far this year I have absolutely loved it. I have found so many benefits to journaling, and it is something that I love the process of doing. If you follow my YouTube channel, you will know that I also recently set-up my bullet journal which I will start to use in July. So, my goal with journaling is to both continue my current form of journaling as well as to start my bullet journal moving forward.

Appreciation

Even though I already feel as though I practice gratitude and appreciation often, I wanted to write this as a goal because it is something I want to continue doing moving forward. I am so grateful to have such lovely, caring and fun people in my life and am thankful for so many things day to day. I want to continue to take note of all of these things. I recently wrote a blog post about recognising the simple (and often best) pleasures in life, and that is definitely something I am going to continue doing throughout the rest of the year and beyond.
