What's In My Travel Makeup Bag?

What's In My Travel Makeup Bag?

When I am going on holiday, I like to take makeup that is easy to carry with me and pack, but also light-weight to wear. I also take makeup that gives me a few options of different looks so that I can change it up depending on what I fancy wearing.

• No. 7 Light Foundation •

This foundation is perfect for holiday. Not only is it SPF 15, but it is also quite a light-weight foundation that is great for warm weather. I also find that it can be buildable for the evening or paired with concealer if you wanted a fuller coverage.

• Collection Lasting Perfection Concealer and Rimmel Stay Matte Powder•

This concealer has always been my favourite. It gives great coverage and blends really well. I find that taking this concealer on holiday is great for the days you don’t want to put lots of makeup on but want a little coverage and wearing this with Rimmel Stay Matte powder is perfect for those days.

• Sleek Contour Kit •

The Sleek Contour Kit is literally ideal for travel. It has a bronzer, blusher and highlighter all in one handy kit. It’s great to fit in a small travel bag and an ideal compact for a holiday. It allows you to create a more intense look if you want, but also gives colour for minimal looks.

• Naked 3 Urban Decay Palette and Maybelline Volum’ Express The Rocket Mascara •

The Naked 3 palette is good to take on holiday, you can great so many looks with this palette, and transition looks from day to night really easily. Having a great mascara is key too, waterproof might be better for holiday, but this Maybelline mascara is my favourite at the moment, so I will be taking that with me.

• Lip Balm and Lip-gloss •

Whenever I go on holiday, I always find that taking both lip balm and lip-gloss is perfect. Again, this lip look can be worn both day and night, it is super light-weight to carry with you and really the perfect holiday look.

• Sleek Eyebrow Kit •

I love this eyebrow and have used it for as long as I can remember. I use the powder for my eyebrows, but also the more gel-like side I love to use as a dark brown eyeliner. This just gives another option for a makeup look and I definitely won’t be going on holiday without this kit.

• All The Essential Tools •

In terms of makeup brushes and sponges, I take the minimum. Whatever I will need to create looks a might have in mind, I pack tools for those and keep packing to a minimum. This way you are guaranteed to use everything you pack.

This is all the makeup I will be taking on holiday with me. I find this I will be able to create loads of looks in a small amount of makeup pieces, and this is ideal for a light-weight easy to take away with you travel makeup bag.

What do you love to take in your holiday makeup bag?
